Functions

1. Liquid pressure generation capacity up to 100 MPa.

2. Stable stepless pressure regulation, applicable for the following hydraulic test pressure levels:

   10 MPa, 25 MPa, 45 MPa, 75 MPa, 110 MPa.

3. Automatic maintenance of set pressure.

4. Monitoring of the test process via panel pressure gauge (measurement error: 1.0%; up to 0.6% or higher accuracy upon customer request) and pressure sensor (measurement error: 0.25%).

5. Structure reserved with installation port for high-precision calibration pressure gauge.

6. Mobile pump station supports on-site testing with plugs.

Advantages

与水接触的泵站内部部件采用不锈钢或具有相应耐腐蚀性能的材料制造，能够承受所需的介质压力并确保长期可靠运行。

功能：

 1. 液体压力产生能力可达 100 MPa；

 2. 平稳（无级）压力调节，用于以下液压试验压力等级：

 • 10、25、45、75、110 MPa；

 3. 自动保持设定压力；

 4. 通过面板式压力表（测量误差 1.0%，按客户要求可达 0.6% 或更高精度）及压力传感器（测量误差 0.25%）对试验过程进行监控；

 5. 结构中预留安装高精度校验压力表的接口；

 6. 移动式泵站可使用堵头在现场进行试验。
