Gas Cylinder Water-Jacket Hydrostatic Test Bench

A water-jacket (external-measurement) hydrostatic test bench for gas cylinders. Driven by compressed-air-powered water booster pumps, it generates high-pressure water for cylinder hydrostatic testing, hose hydrostatic testing and other fluid pressure tests, measuring volumetric expansion to verify cylinder safety.
