All internal components of the pump station in contact with water are made of stainless steel or other materials with equivalent corrosion resistance. These components can withstand the required medium pressure and ensure long-term reliable operation.
Functions
Liquid pressure generation capacity up to 100 MPa.
Stable stepless pressure regulation, applicable for the following hydraulic test pressure levels:
10 MPa, 25 MPa, 45 MPa, 75 MPa, 110 MPa.
Automatic maintenance of set pressure.
Monitoring of the test process via panel pressure gauge (measurement error: 1.0%; up to 0.6% or higher accuracy upon customer request) and pressure sensor (measurement error: 0.25%).
Structure reserved with installation port for high-precision calibration pressure gauge.
Mobile pump station supports on-site testing with plugs.
Advantages
The control system adopts pneumatic control shut-off components. Operators do not need to manually operate a large number of valves, making pump station operation simpler and more reliable.
For operational convenience, the clamping hydraulic cylinder of the test bench can be controlled either through the control panel or an external foot switch.
External connections adopt quick connectors with service life of no less than 10,000 cycles, greatly shortening preparation and completion time.
Water inlet equipped with precision water filter to extend equipment service life.
Optional automatic water filling system for test pieces.
Built-in pressure sensor achieves high-precision pressure measurement with accuracy of 0.25%.

1. 液体压力产生能力可达 100 MPa；
2. 平稳（无级）压力调节，用于以下液压试验压力等级：
• 10、25、45、75、110 MPa；
3. 自动保持设定压力；
4. 通过面板式压力表（测量误差 1.0%，按客户要求可达 0.6% 或更高精度）及压力传感器（测量误差 0.25%）对试验过程进行监控；
5. 结构中预留安装高精度校验压力表的接口；
6. 移动式泵站可使用堵头在现场进行试验。
